Welcome to Radar (“Service”), operated by 0x100x (“we,” “us,” “our”). Radar is accessible at radar.0x100x.com. By accessing or using Radar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Radar is an AI-powered crypto asset research and analysis tool. The Service uses artificial intelligence, including third-party AI models, to generate analyses of cryptocurrency tokens based on publicly available market data and information. All analyses are generated algorithmically and are not manually reviewed before being displayed to users.

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT SECTION OF THESE TERMS.

Radar does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. The analyses, scores, scenarios, verdicts, and all other content generated by Radar are for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on Radar constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any cryptocurrency, token, or financial instrument. The “Token Score,” scenario projections, and verdicts are AI-generated assessments based on publicly available data and should not be interpreted as buy or sell signals.

You acknowledge and agree that:

(a) All investment decisions are made solely by you, at your own risk.

(b) You should conduct your own independent research before making any financial decisions.

(c) Cryptocurrency assets are highly volatile and speculative. You may lose your entire investment.

(d) Past performance of any asset does not guarantee future results.

(e) Radar is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial analyst, or financial planner in any jurisdiction.

(f) You should consult with a qualified, licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

All analyses on Radar are generated by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

(a) AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

(b) The AI may misinterpret data, make incorrect classifications, or produce flawed analysis.

(c) Analyses are generated based on data available at the time of generation and may not reflect the most current information.

(d) The same token may receive different analyses on different days due to changes in market data, news, or the inherent variability of AI systems.

(e) Individual analyses do not necessarily represent the specific views, opinions, or investment positions of 0x100x or its affiliates.

(f) Radar's analytical framework is proprietary to 0x100x, but the application of that framework via AI is automated and not manually verified for each output.

To access certain features of Radar, you must provide a valid email address and authenticate via our email verification system. You agree to:

(a) Provide accurate and complete information.

(b) Maintain the security of your account and login credentials.

(c) Not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

(d) Not share your account access with others.

(e) Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Radar offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor.

(a) Free tier: Limited number of analyses per calendar month. Limits may change at our discretion.

(b) Radar Pro: Paid subscription providing unlimited analyses. Pricing is as displayed at the time of purchase.

(c) Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

(d) You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

(e) For annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term, refunds are prorated for any full, unused months remaining in the subscription period. The current month in which cancellation occurs is not refunded.

(f) We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect on their account. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.

(g) All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy apply to all payment transactions.

You agree not to:

(a) Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

(b) Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models, system prompts, analytical frameworks, or proprietary logic of Radar.

(c) Systematically scrape, copy, or redistribute Radar's analyses, whether manually or through automated means.

(d) Use the Service to generate content for competing products or services.

(e) Attempt to circumvent usage limits, authentication, or payment requirements through technical manipulation.

(f) Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.

(g) Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.

(h) Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in any form of market manipulation.

All content, design, code, analytical frameworks, system prompts, branding, and other intellectual property associated with Radar and 0x100x are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

AI-generated analyses are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may share individual analyses for personal discussion but may not systematically republish or redistribute them.

Radar uses data from third-party providers including but not limited to CoinGecko, DefiLlama, and Anthropic. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data from these providers. Third-party data is subject to the respective provider's terms of service and limitations.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 0x100x, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
