This Privacy Policy describes how 0x100x (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Radar (“Service”) at radar.0x100x.com. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information you provide directly:

(a) Email address: Provided when you create an account or authenticate via our email verification system.

(b) Payment information: Processed and stored by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not directly store your credit card numbers or payment card details.

Information collected automatically:

(a) IP address: Collected when you access the Service, used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.

(b) Browser fingerprint data: A hash derived from non-identifying browser characteristics (screen resolution, timezone, language, user agent, platform). Used to manage free-tier usage limits. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

(c) Usage data: Which tokens you search for, when you access the Service, whether analyses are served from cache, and general interaction patterns.

(d) Device and browser information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution. Collected automatically through standard web server logs.

Information we do not collect:

(a) We do not collect your real name unless you provide it voluntarily.

(b) We do not collect your physical address.

(c) We do not collect cryptocurrency wallet addresses or portfolio holdings.

(d) We do not track your activity across other websites.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

(a) To provide and maintain the Service, including generating and delivering analyses.

(b) To authenticate your identity and manage your account.

(c) To process payments and manage subscriptions.

(d) To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.

(e) To monitor and analyze usage trends and improve the Service.

(f) To track API costs and operational metrics for internal business purposes.

(g) To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or security incidents.

(h) To communicate with you about your account, subscription, or changes to the Service.

(i) To comply with legal obligations.

(a) Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting). Both providers maintain industry-standard security practices.

(b) Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

(c) AI-generated analyses are cached in our database and are not personalized. The same analysis may be served to multiple users querying the same token on the same day.

(d) We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

(e) Your email address is stored in our Supabase database with access restricted to authorized personnel only.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

(a) With Stripe for payment processing.

(b) With Supabase for authentication and data storage.

(c) With Vercel for hosting and content delivery.

(d) With Anthropic (Claude AI) for analysis generation. Note: your personal information (email, IP) is NOT sent to the AI model. Only the token name and market data are sent for analysis generation.

(e) If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

(f) To enforce our Terms of Use or protect the rights, property, or safety of 0x100x, our users, or others.

(g) In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case you will be notified of any change in ownership or use of your information.

(a) Account data (email, subscription status) is retained for as long as your account is active.

(b) Usage analytics are retained for up to 24 months for internal analysis.

(c) Cached analyses are retained for up to 30 days, after which they may be regenerated.

(d) If you delete your account, your personal data (email, usage history) will be deleted within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

(a) Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

(b) Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.

(c) Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data. Note that this will result in the termination of your account.

(d) Data portability: You may request your data in a structured, commonly used format.

(e) Objection: You may object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.

(a) Radar uses browser local storage (not cookies) to store a visitor identifier for managing free-tier usage limits.

(b) Supabase authentication uses secure session tokens stored in your browser.

(c) We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

(d) We do not participate in cross-site tracking or advertising networks.

Radar is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including but not limited to the United States (where our hosting and service providers operate). By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these countries. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
